    The location was fantastic for exploring Munich, with easy access to the Christmas markets just outside the door. Our Courtyard Deluxe room was beautiful, featuring a spacious layout and a welcoming atmosphere. The attentive staff, and dinner on the roof terrace was a good experience. All in all, it was a perfect getaway for a couple looking to enjoy the city.

    I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable and absolutely fantastic place. The breakfast had an incredibly nice vegetarian option. The daily service was terrific. It was a such great experience.

    The hotel was stylish and modern and the staff were AMAZINGLY EFFICIENT. Had central location close to a market where always something is going on. Further, it was near to Marienplatz, shopping options and the Centre of Munich. We enjoyed the German cuisine in the restaurant.

    Good hotel with great wi-fi, helpful 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff guided me on where to shop. Highly recommend the rooftop restaurant! I'm coming back for Christmas.

    The spacious design felt luxurious. Staff were friendly and professional. Easy walking distance to attractions like the Christmas markets. A real treat.

    Vey close to lots of shops and restaurants. We were able to check in 5 hours early.

    The room numbers were located on the light scones. Location of hotel is tricky if new to Europe.

    Perfect for families seeking a getaway

    The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the market. Staff was super friendly and helpful, always smiling whenever we had questions about places to visit.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

    Location was magic, Staff service was perfect and the room falities were satisfactory.

    Brakefast was little expensive for the selection offered and the price is generally high but given the location could be acceptable.

    Good location with market just at the door - very convenient. The entrance is not on the ground floor so when I arrived, I take some time to locate it. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel though the room rate is a bit expensive.

    the room rate should be including the breakfast since it is not cheap at all.

    Perfect location.

    Room was not ready until after 5pm on the day of arrival, hotel staff seemed to shrug this off. No offer to store bags until the room was ready with the only suggestion being we could sit in the foyer and wait if we liked.
